I started as Finalizer for different packaging design ranging from pharmaceutical products, animal health products, bath soap and shampoo boxes. After learning the rudiment of packaging development, I started to design and conceptualize my own design. After six years, I came to Dubai and joined Swiss Arabian Perfumes, I am able to explore the concept of retail branding, packaging innovation and development, I have design more than a dozen perfume package and packaging solutions, including bottle perfume designing and other related items in terms material handling and packaging.

I am minimalist, means my artwork consist of less color, less text, and less object but the message is direct to point and directed to the target media, and when I came here (in Dubai), I learned that my design should be bombardment with colors, text and object but still it needs to be look classy and premium. My design usually adapts the needs of the client and also I will incorporate my unique ideas without the sacrificing my personal ideas.

I was in the printing industry more than 8 years and my pre-press management is outstanding. When I was a pre-press supervisor, I am handling design studio, stripping department, production (imaging) department, quality control department, and my own office staff. Such I huge setup that I was to engrossed myself with every production aspect of the printing company.

Basically, I am Illustrator and Photoshop user, but I can work on CorelDraw, Freehand, and InDesign and for web page designing, I am using Dreamweaver & Flash, currently, I am learning the Final Cut pro and photography.

When I was Asst. Art Director, I used to create tag lines and short write-up for different projects like poster headlines, brand names, and other btl products names. Even in Swiss Arabian Perfumes, I used to give a sound product names on their mass-market perfumes.

The best things I have learned in this country is to read and write arabic, and hopefully at the year end I can speak the language fluently.

I used to read a lot of books especially in designing and advertising, I am also of into web page designing, actually I have composed and designed this web page for my personnal consumptions.
